Join other woman in a healing yoga practice that invites you to tune into your cycles and rhythms in a supported environment and bring your hormones, sleep/wake cycle and overall female health into balance/harmony. End your weekend and begin your week by coming to your self-care practice. Learn about your female anatomy, biochemistry and practices to invigorate and harmonize your chakras, acupuncture meridians and body-mind system to cultivate health, joy and balance in your body.
Kristine is a practicing licensed acupuncturist at WNC Acupuncture. She runs her acupuncture practice with her husband Matthew Preiser and enjoys spending time with her 4-year old daughter Aaliyah Ananda, the light of her life. Kristine is passionate about women’s health, yoga, food, meditation, music and travel. She plays the piano, sings and is learning the tabla. Born a first generation Filipino-American to two doctors, she’s always been on the path to health and wellbeing.
